I’d love to know more about your project! I’m happy to either create you an traditional painting (acrylic or oil) or a drawing (lead, colored pencil, ink, or charcoal). You can either email me, fill out the inquiry form in the “Connect” page, or even message me on social media!

Pricing varies depending on scale, medium (digital print, traditional art, etc.), time frame for creation, usage, and more.

Mural Work
-
All murals are created by Tatum personally! For larger projects, I may contract trusted assistance to help create your dream work of art.
You can submit an inquiry form through my “Connect” page or send me an email!
Please try to include as much information as possible. Including but not limited to, wall size, interior or exterior location, geographical location, time frame for start and completion, wall surface, and any notes on design preferences you may have.
-
I typically charge by square footage, however, I do have a $3000 minimum on projects. From there, factors such as logistics (travel and equipment), scale, wall surface, and level of detail all affect pricing. All estimates include design work, labor, materials, and project management.
-
As a Michigan based artist, I’m open and available for travel across the mitten state for mural work!
-
Most murals take about 2-4 days to install for every 100 square feet of wall depending on the level of detail.
From contract signing to completion, expect at least a six-week timeline.
This also varies depending on availability.
-
All design work is created by Tatum Reed.
However, as a reminder, this is YOUR art piece! I’m always open to collaborating and any preferences or input based on inspiration, colors, or the story/theme are embraced.
-
For every project, I am completely insured. I am certified and experiences in the use of both scissor and boom lifts, as well as other logistical needs.
Permits, however, are the client’s responsibility.
Other responsibilities of the client include wall preparation (repairs to walls must be done and settled before the artist begins work, power washing/cleaning of exterior walls, as well as any necessary maintainance to the mural area such as weeding or moving of objects/materials.
-
For students local to my area — if availability allows — will be offered the option to see if in person lessons are possible.
For all other students, art lessons can be given online as available. Commonly, lessons are recommended to take place one day a week for an hour at a time.
-
I am a licensed teacher for all ages, as well as have experience leading children, teens, and adults alike!
-
Currently, my pricing for private lessons are $40/hour. For group sessions I charge $35 per head/hour.
For private art lessons, students are expected to have all materials of their own that they wish to use. Tatum will be able to make recommendations as well.
-
This all depends on Tatum’s availability. Together, we can discuss how often the student would like to meet, method of meeting, as well as if you’d like to create a recurring day each week or adjust each session as needed.
All scheduling must be settled a minimum of 48 hours prior to lessons.
-
Every student should have the basics of an artist! A drawing pad (start with around a 9×12 or an 11×14), drawing pencils (2H, H, HB, B, 2B), erasers, and a pencil sharpener.
-
I offer both! Please refer to pricing for more details, and reach out with any questions or requests to schedule!
When inquiring, please let me know the age of participants, number of students, area of interest, and availability.
